I was hungry and all I wanted was China 1’s chicken with pork fried rice, and they did not disappoint. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The owner and staff are always friendly, polite, and welcoming. The restaurant is clean, the service is fast, and the prices are cheaper than most places around while still serving great portions. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I have been eating at China 1 for 18 years and it is hands down the best Chinese food in all of Pinellas County. We even drove from Tampa just to eat here because nowhere else compares! The food is always fresh, delicious and consistent and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming every time we visit. Our favorites are the Honey Chicken, Chicken and Snow Peas with White Rice, Crab Rangoon, Beef and Broccoli, Boneless Spare Ribs, and Pork Lo Mein, all absolutely amazing. If you're looking for outstanding Chinese food, China 1 is the place. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Man I got to tell you, coming from New Jersey where the top two foods for a quick bite to eat or Chinese and pizza I am ridiculously picky about where I get my Chinese and pizza. My favorite pizza is Three Brothers they are top-notch the best possible thin crust New York style pizza you can find anywhere.... However, for the Chinese I got to give it to China One on East Bay and Belcher in the Publix plaza. This was my first time ever trying it. I mean look at this presentation. I've never seen a Chinese place give this kind of a bag for To-go orders. On top of that they throw in this little mint or candy in there and it's true when everyone says that the staff is very friendly. I will give it 5 stars and I will definitely be back.

This is my go-to place for quick Chinese food! Very nice and friendly owner. They are treated like family by their loyal customers. I love the way they package their to-go orders! It really makes sure it doesn’t spill in the car. The bag is high quality as well, not just a plastic bag. My fave here is their vegetable with brown sauce and Mapo tofu. Don’t forget, they’re closed on Mondays.

I found my new Chinese restaurant! You walk in and are greeted in a very friendly way. They have a giant version of their take-out menu to clearly see the items and prices. What I loved was that when you pay with a card and don’t need a signature THEY DONT FORCE THE TIPPING RECEIPT like other restaurants do. The food presentation and packaging are great. They also split the container 50/50 between rice and protein. Not that scam where they fill the container with rice and add a small amount of the protein on top. Definitely coming here from now on.
